1. Who we are

Revenight (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a venue performance intelligence platform accessible at https://revenight.com. We provide nightclub and venue operators with tools to track revenue, performance scores, and AI-generated business insights.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account data: your email address and encrypted password when you create an account.
Venue data: venue name, city, and operational data you enter (revenue figures, expenses, attendance, event notes).
Usage data: pages visited, features used, and timestamps — collected automatically to improve the service.
Payment data: billing is processed by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status. We never see or store your full card number.

3. How we use your information

To provide and improve the Revenight service.
To generate performance scores and AI briefings using your venue data.
To process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe.
To send you transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing notifications).
To respond to support requests.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. AI processing

When you generate an AI Night Briefing, your venue’s operational data (revenue, expenses, attendance, score, and event notes) is sent to Anthropic’s API to generate your briefing. This data is processed solely to generate your briefing and is subject to Anthropic’s privacy policy. We do not share your personal identity with Anthropic — only operational numbers and notes you provide.

5. Data storage and security

Your data is stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database with row-level security (RLS) enabled — meaning your data is only accessible to your account. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

6. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
Anthropic Claude — AI briefing generation.
Vercel — hosting and deployment.

7. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your data (venue, nights, scores, briefings) is permanently deleted within 30 days. Payment records may be retained by Stripe per their legal obligations.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. You can delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account, which permanently removes all your data. For data export or other requests, contact us at hello@revenight.com.

9. Cookies

Revenight uses minimal session cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the effective date at the top and notify you by email if the changes are material.
