Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Revenight (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of https://revenight.com.

2. Description of service

Revenight is a SaaS platform that helps nightclub and venue operators track performance data, generate performance scores, and receive AI-powered strategic briefings. The Service is provided as-is and is subject to change.

3. Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Service.
• One account may manage one venue on the Solo plan.

4. Payment and billing

Revenight offers a 30-day free trial. A valid credit card is required at signup but will not be charged during the trial period.

• After the trial, you will be billed at the plan rate (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription → Manage Billing.
• Refunds are handled at our discretion. Contact us at hello@revenight.com for refund requests.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ data or accounts.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service at excessive rates.

6. Your data

You own your data. Revenight does not claim ownership of any operational data you enter. By using the Service, you grant us permission to store and process your data to provide the Service, including passing relevant data to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate briefings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. AI-generated content

AI Night Briefings are generated by Claude (Anthropic) based on the data you provide. These briefings are for informational and strategic guidance purposes only. Revenight does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content, and it should not be used as the sole basis for financial or business decisions.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Supabase, Anthropic, Stripe), or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be deleted per our retention policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revenight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
