Built by a venue operator who got tired of spreadsheets.
Revenight started as the tool I wished I had when running El Boiler Speakeasy, a nightclub in San Jose, Costa Rica. Every Friday at 3 AM, I was staring at a spreadsheet trying to figure out if the night was actually profitable.
The problem
Most venue operators are flying blind. They know how much cash came in, but they don't know their profit margin per night, their revenue per attendee, or whether Thursday is subsidizing Saturday. By the time the monthly P&L is ready, the decisions that could have fixed it are three weeks old.
I managed El Boiler with a combination of intuition, a Google Sheet, and a lot of stress. When I finally built a proper tracking system and started scoring every night 0-100, the patterns became obvious. Some nights that felt great were actually underperforming. Some quiet Thursdays were more profitable than peak Saturdays.
Revenight is what happened when I turned that tracking system into a product.

DJ and producer (Deep/Afro House), nightlife operator, and digital marketing specialist since 2015. Master in Marketing and Sales Management (EAE Business School, Barcelona). Runs El Boiler Speakeasy and built Revenight to solve the exact problem he faced every weekend.
